YUCCA VALLEY, San Bernardino County — Residents who want to follow municipal decisions about roads, parks, public safety or growth can participate in Yucca Valley Town Council meetings or watch official recordings.
The town’s Town Council page lists regular sessions on the first and third Tuesday of every month, at 5 p.m., in the Yucca Room at the Yucca Valley Community Center, 57090 Twentynine Palms Highway (State Route 62).
Where agendas and meeting videos appear
Yucca Valley publishes a meeting calendar, agendas and minutes, and offers video viewing for people unable to attend in person. Residents can register on its agenda portal for email notifications about the Town Council, Planning Commission, Parks, Recreation and Cultural Commission and Revenue Measure Oversight Commission.
Before traveling to a meeting, verify the particular date, location and public-comment procedures in the current agenda. The standing schedule is a guide; a meeting could still be canceled, moved or given a special start time.
What does a proposed agenda item mean?
Items submitted for discussion or a staff recommendation do not automatically become adopted town policy. For a reliable account of a zoning proposal, contract or local ordinance, check council votes and final signed documents.
The Town Clerk’s office, which maintains official town records, lists the town hall at 57090 Twentynine Palms Highway and number 760-369-7207. Its office hours are Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
